Delivery & Warranty


When you place an order with us, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to provide you with a status update.

We have contracted with multiple shipping providers to provide several options for our customers to choose from. Customers can track their shipment through the service providers tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

We ship to following countries

GIZMOPOWER ships to all the countries in the world except the countries mentioned below:

Iraq, Qatar, Libya, Palestine, Somali Rep., Syria, Yemen.

Delivery within UAE

UAE orders are delivered on the same day, or maximum the next working day.

Residents of Dubai have an option of “Super Express Delivery” where they receive their order within Dubai in 1-4 hours only! **

*There may be a delay of 1-2 days if the requested item is out of stock.

**Applies to shipments with a maximum weight of 30kg and with dimensions not exceeding 12cm x 12cm x 12cm.

International shipping (outside UAE)

We have partnered with Emirates Post and several local companies to do international shipments to our customers across the world.

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) – DHL (Express) – 2-4 Days delivery time

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) – SMSA (Economy) – 4-8 Days delivery time

International – DHL (Express) – 2-6 Days delivery time

Kindly note that international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage or other local government or 3rd party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee) of the goods. Please, check your local laws pertaining to customs fees, duties and taxes. will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

All warranty claims are managed by GIZMO authorized service centers. You can choose from different plans listed below when making a purchase.

How to issue a warranty claim

1 – Call us on +971-557884250 and provide us with your order number, the item to be repaired and explain the problem that you are facing with the item

2 – The item has to be dropped to our store, or alternatively, we can help you to schedule a courier collection of the item from your home or office. We will schedule a collection date. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

3 – The item will be inspected. If the terms apply, the item will be replaced or repaired and shipped back to you as soon as possible.
